OVERVIEW:
REIMAGINING LEADERSHIP IN THE NEW ABNORMAL REALITY:  We will examine how Covid-19 changed its nature from health crisis, to a global economic and societal crisis. We will examine the implications for businesses and how to develop their readiness to the new abnormal reality. We will introduce models for change and transition management, and how to evolve through the different stages of business response and recovery.
KEY LEARNINGS:
We will focus on effective leadership behaviours that generate motivation, commitment and allow organisations to examine their purpose, re-create their business directions and reimagine their future.

PRESENTED BY:
Yael Krill joined the Technion MBA two years ago, as senior lecturer with a PhD from the Technion in Organisational Behaviour, Yael’s dissertation deals with authentic leadership in practice and the effect of authenticity on employee performance. Yael is also serving as senior lecturer and organisational consultant at Intel, responsible for management and leadership development and strategy for design and development of management programs. Yael is a professional coach and served as HR manager and executive coach at one of Intel divisions, where she designed and delivered numerous leadership conferences and organisational processes focused on strategy, business development, entrepreneurship and technology leadership. Yael’s passion is the linkage between human talent and business strategy and her teaching portfolio includes organisational analysis and design, projects in global strategy, leadership development and talent management.
