Jonathan Lavender will be discussing the changing geopolitical and socio-economic landscape and how Australian private companies need to continue to transform and disrupt.
As Global Chairman of KPMG Enterprise, Jonathan oversees the global Innovative Startups network, as well as the Global Family Business Network. Jonathan is also responsible for setting up a joint venture with Microsoft's accelerator to help support and connect entrepreneurs with corporates, as well as bring forward the deep sector knowledge of KPMG to help the founders accelerate their growth, and last year became an active council member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Entrepreneurship.
Jonathan recently attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. This year's theme of "Globalization 4.0: Shaping a Global Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution", found political and business leaders, entrepreneurs and visionaries explore and debate how the advanced technologies from the physical, digital and biological worlds are combining to create innovations at a speed and scale unparalleled in human history. Jonathan shared his views on these themes in a number of blogs from Davos; notably "Where to grow" and "AI driving explosive growth in healthcare investment" .
