Stress and burnout are becoming more apparent in the workplace. Then we have the added dimension of constant connectivity, being accessible anytime and anyplace. Our bodies are spending more and more time in ‘Fight or Flight’ mode, with many work cultures actually adding to the problem. All of this impacts on work performance, health and wellbeing. How can meditation and mindfulness overcome all of this, allowing us to live to our full potential?
This mindfulness workshop will provide the skills and take-home cognitive tools to reduce stress, increase clarity of mind and empower you to take action in life that is aligned with your core purpose. In addition, we will also conduct a guided meditation session, so you can experience some of it first-hand. And as always, there will be time to have a drink, relax, socialise and broaden your network.
