The Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce in association with Arnold Bloch Leibler is delighted to extend an invitation to you for an exclusive private boardroom lunch with Gilad Shany, Co-Founder, ION Crossover Partners (ICP) and Stephen Levey, Managing Partner, ION. Gilad and Stephen are visiting Sydney from Israel and are looking to meet with potential Australian HNW investors for ICP, which will launch in Q3 of this year.
ICP focuses on pre-IPO opportunities with some of Israel’s most successful and exciting global on technology-driven companies who are true leaders in open-ended growth categories, providing funding for their final round of growth before IPO. The fund will seek to invest in companies 18-36 months before an IPO and will target a 3x return for the fund on average, and are looking at investing in companies such as SiSense - which has grown by over 1032% in the past five years, Zerto - 1139%, JFrog- 721% for example.
Due to the late stage nature of its investments, the fund will have a shorter term and will target a strong return profile at a lower risk than traditional venture investing, which is quite unique for the Israeli eco-system.
Gilad Shany, Co-Founder ICP, is an Air-Force Pilot & brings over ten years of investing experience in highly disruptive and innovative sectors such as Next Generation and Autonomous Cars, Cybersecurity, Semiconductors, and others. He was a pre-IPO investor in companies such as Tesla.
